Having a spotlessly clean room with cheerful staff next door was fantastic at this hotel, along with a really nice shower in the room. The service was top-notch and really helpful; the lovely staff made it a great stay. The location was perfect, making it super easy to get around Newcastle with great transport links. The dining experience was pretty good, with all the basics covered. The price was a bargain for the quality received.

The hotel room to a gig at the university was nice and spacious, very easy to find. The staff was very polite and helpful; especially the man who brought my breakfast to my room – that definitely set me up for the day.
